Gerard

Gerard de Gier makes art. In itself, there is nothing special about it. Were it not that Gerard has a muscle disease. And that disease is decisive for the realization of his works of art. In other words: because Gerard has limited control over his muscles, his art form is created. So there is a story behind it. Unique, because this is Gerard's story. Universal because Gerard as a brand is an example for everyone who fights with a lingering illness or disability.

We started working together with Gerard to feature his shirt "Boulevard", a limited edition of real art on fashion, made with certified recycled materials and handcrafted by Gerard himself. That way, we want to highlight the importance of Gerard's message: Everything is possible when you put your head around it, never give up your dreams and keep challenging yourself.

Darklands

Since years, we have been a Platinum Sponsor of Darklands, an annual festival in Antwerp, that is a prominent event within the international fetish community. It gathers fetish enthusiasts from around the world for a weekend of exploration, celebration, and camaraderie. The festival typically features a diverse array of activities, including parties, performances, workshops, and vendors offering their amazing gear. It provides a safe and inclusive space for attendees to express themselves authentically and connect with like-minded individuals, while also promoting acceptance and understanding of diverse kinks and lifestyles.

Pride Amsterdam

Pride Amsterdam is one of the largest LGBTQ+ celebrations in the Netherlands and Europe. Held annually at the end of July, it celebrates the LGBTQ+ community's history, culture, and ongoing struggle for equality and acceptance. The event typically spans over a week and includes a variety of activities such as parades, parties, art exhibitions, film screenings, panel discussions, and more. Pride Amsterdam serves as a platform for advocacy, visibility, and solidarity, bringing together people from all walks of life to celebrate diversity and promote LGBTQ+ rights. It attracts both locals and visitors from around the world, creating a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere throughout the city.

In 2023, MR. Riegillio celebrated the LGBTQ+ community by hosting a fashion show on the main stage at Dam Square. 

Pride Cologne

Pride Cologne, also known as CSD Köln (Christopher Street Day Köln), is an annual LGBTQ+ pride festival held in Cologne, Germany. It celebrates and remembers the Stonewall riots that occurred in New York City in 1969, marking a significant moment in the fight for LGBTQ+ rights. Pride Cologne typically includes a vibrant parade through the city center, as well as a variety of cultural and other events. It attracts thousands of participants and supporters from all over the country and beyond, making it one of the largest pride events in Germany.

Since 2022, MR. Riegillio joins the CSD Köln by representing the fetish community with a truck, promoting visibility and acceptance.

Pride Utrecht

Similar to the Pride Amsterdam and Cologne, MR. Riegillio took part in Utrecht's Canal Pride celebrations, supporting the leather fetish community on a boat, organized by Letaher Social Utrecht.

Elections

Elections in the fetish community carry considerable weight, particularly concerning the representation of various groups. In a community as diverse as the fetish world, representation extends beyond mere vocalization; it encompasses visibility, empowerment, and the assurance that every member feels acknowledged and embraced.
