Someone who can charm customers, fix problems, juggle logistics, and jump in wherever needed - and all of that without breaking a sweat (or at least while making it look good).

You’re the first thing customers see (well… digitally ;) ). You are the voice of MR. Riegillio. We don’t just solve problems, we turn customers into fans!

• Answer customer questions via email and support tickets
• Keep communication clear, professional - and cheeky when the moment calls for it ;)
• Go beyond expectations (our reviews don’t happen by accident - we earn them)
• Turn “problems” into “wow, that was actually amazing”
• Coordinate with the team when questions need deeper expertise
  

You make sure orders actually get where they need to go - smoothly.

• Create shipment labels and prepare orders for dispatch
• Catch issues before they become drama (wrong address? missing item? not on your watch!)
• Talk to couriers when packages decide to go on their own adventure
• Help customers track their goodies like a pro

• Process returns and check if everything matches the request
• Handle refunds and exchanges accurately
• Keep our system clean and organized
• Work closely with the warehouse to keep things flowing
  

Sometimes it’s all hands on deck.

• Jump in when order volume spikes
• Help make sure everything ships on time
• Occasionally lift and move boxes (up to 30kg - gym membership automatically included)
