TERMS
If you bought sale items specific terms apply:
- The returns policy for sale items is not different. Once you have notified us you will have 14 days to return the product to us.
- Although we usually don't charge any fee if we exchange your order, if you want to exchange a sale item we ask you to cover the following shipping cost for your exchange.
If you bought items as part of a promotional (BOGO) specific terms apply:
- Items purchased during a BOGO sale are viewed as pairs, one being the purchased item and the other being the free or discounted item. If items from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase can be refunded back to the original form of payment. The purchased or free items from a BOGO sale are eligible individually for exchange for a different size or color variant of the same style. If only one item from a BOGO sale is returned for a refund, the cost of the original purchase will be split equally between the items. If the item you paid full price for is returned from a BOGO free sale, the cost of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
- The returns policy for promotional items is not different. Once you have notified us you will have 14 days to return the product to us.
- Although we usually don't charge any fee if we exchange your order, if you want to exchange a sale item we ask you to cover the following shipping cost.
Cash Discount
If a cash discount is offered (for example 10 euro off for your first order) this discount will be split equally between the number of items you order. In case of returns this initial split will not be changed. For example: if you purchase 2 items each item will be rewarded with a 5 euro discount. If you return 1 item the discount on the item you keep will still be 5 euro.
Carbon Neutral Order
If you return or exchange items of your order fully or partly, or you decide you cancel your order, we cannot refund the costs for making your order carbon neutral. Once purchased or added to your order to offset CO2, it counts as contribution and will go directly to EcoCart.
Terms Customer Survey 2024
- To receive your €25 Thank You voucher, you have to submit your email address during the survey.
- You will receive your voucher within five working days.
- The minimum order value is €100 and only valid for MR. Riegillio gear.
- It is not valid for sales or promotions items or combinations with such.
- The voucher is valid until June 14, 2024.
Terms Hustlaball promotion
The bundle discount for the Hustlabll promotion is valid only when all three products in the bundle are purchased together. If you return one of the items, the discount on the remaining products will be forfeited, requiring them to be purchased at full price. To exchange an item for a different size, simply follow the standard exchange process through our return center.
Repurose-Reuse Program Terms
You can find all information regarding the Repurpose-Reuse Program here and its terms below.
1. All items must be lawfully owned by the participant.
2. Credit for Repurpose-Reuse items will be issued via a digital MR. Riegillio voucher; for use at www.mr-riegillio.com only. A valid email address is required for issuance of digital vouchers, and the use of the voucher is subject to the Repurpose-Reuse Program voucher terms.
3. A participant can participate one time per month in the Repurpose-Reuse program.
4. The participant must provide the order number of each item sent in for the Repurpose-Reuse Program to be eligible for participation. Each item must be connectable to a previous order taken by the participant.
5. If the participant bought their item at MR. Riegillio’s stand at Darklands, the participant must provide a bank statement or receipt as proof of purchase.
6. Items bought anywhere else besides MR. Riegillio’s web shop or MR. Riegillio’s stand at Darklands, are not eligible for the Repurpose-Reuse Program.
7. The Repurpose-Reuse Program only includes MR. Riegillio-branded gear. No other items or brands are eligible for return.
8. The participant must attach the filled-out and physically signed Repurpose-Reuse Program form (Deutsche Version hier) to their return package.
9. MR. Riegillio does not provide any shipping labels for return.
10. The participant will receive a 15% discount on the paid price per item at the moment of purchase.
11. The maximum value per voucher is amount to €50. If the 15% discount exceeds the value of €50, multiple vouchers will be provided.
12. A Repurpose-Reuse voucher is valid for 100 days. An extension is under no circumstances possible.
13. A Repurpose-Reuse voucher can only be used for MR. Riegillio-branded gear.
14. A Repurpose-Reuse voucher cannot be used for sales or promotions or in combination with them. Only one voucher per order can be used.
15. MR. Riegillio reserves the right to refuse items for participation in the Repurpose-Reuse Program for any reason in its sole discretion.
16. Items submitted for the Repurpose-Reuse Program will not be returned to the participant for any reason. All items sent in for Repurpose-Reuse Program are final.

REFUND POLICY OF MR RIEGILLIO
Returns
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Is there something wrong with your item? Please use the contact form under Contact to inform us about the problem and we'll solve it for you.
You must return the product(s) without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us on the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the product(s) before the 14-day period has expired.
You can also use the European model withdrawel to inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a full refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags. If an item can't be refunded we will send you an email about this and keep the item(s) in stock for 14 days. If you don't respons to our email, the item(s) will be destroyed, no refund or resend is possible after that.
Please go to our Return Center and tell us which item you would like to exchange or return. If you don't want to process your return through our return center you can also send the order back to Mr Riegillio, Cruquiuszoom 51, 2142EW, Cruqiuis, please include a note that you want to withdraw your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
As soon as possible, but at latest within 14 days after the moment you let us know about the cancellation of the order, we will reimburse all payments that we have received from you, including standard delivery costs. We will be paying you back by using the orginal method of payment. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received back the product(s), or until you have proven that you have returned the product(s), whichever comes first.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mr-riegillio.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mr-riegillio.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the product(s) resulting from the use of the products, which goes beyond what is necesarry to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s).
Please note that we will refuse any returns/exchanges with VAT & Custom Duties and therefore will be returned to you.
Receiving a damaged parcel is always annoying. Unfortunately, the delivery is always up
If you received a damaged parcel, please following the steps below:
1. You need to report the damage within 2 days after delivery;
2. And fill in the paperwork within 3 days.
A claim needs to be done within 7 days of delivery. If you are too late and we are unable to file a claim at the carrier in time, we cannot solve the issue and it is unfortunately your loss.

Have you not received your package, even though it's marked as delivered, and you don't have it? We're here to resolve this matter for you! Since we insure all our packages, we'll take care of it.
However, it's essential to understand that we can only process claims if they are reported within 7 days from the date and time when the carrier marked the package as delivered. If you file a claim later, it falls outside our insurance terms, and regrettably, we won't be able to assist you with it.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS GIFT CARDS ISSUES BY MR RIEGILLIO
December 6th 2018
• The voucher is valid until 12 months from the date of issuance, and can only be redeemed online at mr-riegillio.com.
• The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
• The voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.
• Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
• The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
• We can’t access the code after purchasing, therefor we cannot take responsibility if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Sorry dear, no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• Vouchers cannot be clubbed and can only be used for a single transaction.
• This voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards.
• Cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase. No rainchecks.

GUARANTEE POLICY OF MR RIEGILLIO
At Mr Riegillio we focus on quality, but if, contrary to expectations, you experience faults or defects in an item, your purchase is subject to the Dutch Sale of Goods Act, including the regulations concerning faults and defects. As a consumer, you are entitled to the legal warranty rights. This means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it for a minimum of 2 years (this includes German & UK customers). For customers in the Netherlands the guarantee period is indefinite.
You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered a defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as quickly as possible, and within 2 months after the fault is discovered.
Even though we at Mr Riegillio have made every effort to depict colour and quality as accurately as possible, computers' colours and screen resolutions can vary. Minor colour discrepancies are therefore not deemed to be a defect in the sense of the Dutch Sale of Goods Act.
COMPLAINTS
Did we not live up to your expectations? If so, please contact us first by emailing us at info@mr-riegillio.com, and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue. We will confirm & respond within 7 days after we received your complaint by e-mail.
We are a member of 'Thuiswinkel Waarborg' and therefor member of the Ecommerce Europe Trustmark, which means that if you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl).
