Q: CAN I SEND BACK AN ITEM I BOUGHT AT YOUR DARKLANDS STAND?

Yes, you can. But as your buy at Darklands does not refer to any order number, you need to include a copy of the bank statement or your receipt.

Q: DOES IT MATTER IF IT’S A RECENT ITEM OR FROM SOME YEARS AGO?

No, that does not matter. We aim to reduce waste added to the landfills and are therefore happy that you want to contribute to our suskinkable efforts.

Q: CAN I SEND IN ANY PRODUCT I BOUGHT FROM YOU?

We accept every gear which is MR. Riegillio-branded only. We do not accept any other brands.

Q: IN WHAT STATE DOES THE GEAR HAVE TO BE IN?

It does not matter in what state your gear is in. Although we prefer if it is not damaged, broken or dirty to be able to repurpose properly. If that is not the case, we will recycle it.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY VOUCHER?

You will receive your Thank You voucher within 14 days after we received your package.

Q: CAN YOU EXTEND MY VOUCHER?

No, we are not able to extend your voucher under any circumstances.

Q: IS THERE A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF THE THANK YOU VOUCHER?

There is a maximum amount of €50 on the Thank You voucher.

Throwing away your gear or disposing of it incorrectly would result in new waste creation and addition to the already overloaded landfills, which is avoidable and better for the environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH THE GEAR?

Once the gear has been inspected after it arrived, we will determine its state and sort it accordingly. If its state is confirmed, we will find a new purpose for the gear and you will receive your contribution voucher. If the gear is too damaged, we will recycle it.

HOW MUCH DISCOUNT I CAN GET?

The discount is based on the paid price of the gear at the moment of purchase. You will receive a 15% Kick-Back discount on the price you paid per item. Based on the overall value of the items you return, we will determine the 15% Kick-Back discount value.
