Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass deine Bestellung, die vor 6 Wochen aufgegeben wurde, noch nicht geliefert wurde. Es ist schade, dass du uns nicht früher kontaktiert hast, da wir bereits eine Untersuchung mit unserem Kurier hätten einleiten können. Wir werden jedoch sofort mit der Untersuchung beginnen. Bitte zögere in Zukunft nicht, uns früher zu kontaktieren, damit wir Probleme zeitnah lösen können.
