We’re hunting for a warehouse hero: someone who can lift boxes, tame wild stock, wrangle unruly packages – and keep everything running smooth, on time, and maybe just a little wicked.
Now we’re looking for someone who can keep up! 

Your Responsibilities

Order & Shipping Management (aka: package whisperer)

- Pick, pack, and send orders like a ninja
- Check labels, quantities, and quality – because nobody likes a sad, missing item
- Hunt down rogue packages and negotiate with couriers (bribes of chocolate optional)
- Keep customers updated like a tracking pro – yes, you are their fairy godparent ;)

Stock & Inventory Management (aka: master of the gear)

- Keep warehouse and store stock in check like a boss
- Create and process purchase orders to make sure the party never runs out of stock
- Receive deliveries and make sure nothing goes AWOL
- Track stock movements so we actually know where our goodies are hiding
- Help plan stock for releases, events, and “oh crap we sold out again” moments
- Support audits and keep the shelves looking Instagram-ready

Returns & Exchanges (aka: turning “meh” into “hell yeah”)

- Process returns and exchanges with precision Inspect return and exchange items
- Keep our systems neat and tidy (your OCD is welcome here)
- Help customer service turn frowns into 5-star reviews

Administrative & Planning Shenanigans (aka: brains meet brawn)

- Help with warehouse admin, spreadsheets, and stock reports
- Support planning for high-volume periods
- Update product and order data (because accuracy is sexy)
- Jump in wherever your spreadsheet skills, common sense, or charm is needed

Warehouse Ops & Random Heroics (aka: hands-on fun)

- Keep the warehouse organized, tidy and neat
- Help during busy times or when weird projects appear
- Lift boxes, carry shipments, and occasionally pretend you’re in a fitness ad (up to 30kg – yes, gym membership included)
- Maintain a safe, smooth, and slightly chaotic working environment

Team Player Vibes (aka: chaos tamer)

- You are part of our amazing warehouse team
- Collaborate with customer service, operations, and e-commerce teams
- Be flexible: today it’s stock, tomorrow it’s shipping, next week… who knows?
- Bring energy, initiative, and maybe a little mischief

What We Are Looking For

- You live in the Netherlands and can get to our warehouse/office in Cruquius
- Fluent in English (Dutch = bonus points, bonus fun)
- Organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership – no waiting around for instructions
- Comfortable with physical work and fast-paced environments
- A team player who thrives in overlapping roles and loves a little chaos
- Culture fit matters: LGBTQIA+ friendly – no exceptions, no weird vibes
- Open-minded, fun, and ready to embrace fetish fashion culture (or at least respect it fully)

Your Responsibilities

Customer Service (aka: making people obsessed with us)
You’re the first thing customers see (well… digitally 😉). You are the voice of MR. Riegillio. We don’t just solve problems, we turn customers into fans!

- Answer customer questions via email and support tickets
- Keep communication clear, professional - and cheeky when the moment calls for it ;)
- Go beyond expectations (our reviews don’t happen by accident - we earn them)
- Turn “problems” into “wow, that was actually amazing”
- Coordinate with the team when questions need deeper expertise

Order & Shipping Management (aka: keeping things moving)
You make sure orders actually get where they need to go - smoothly.

- Create shipment labels and prepare orders for dispatch
- Catch issues before they become drama (wrong address? missing item? not on your watch!)
- Talk to couriers when packages decide to go on their own adventure
- Help customers track their goodies like a pro

Returns & Exchanges (aka: cum control)
Yes, we said it. Even when things come back, we still should have served them to our best abilities 😛

- Process returns and check if everything matches the request
- Handle refunds and exchanges accurately
- Keep our system clean and organized
- Work closely with the warehouse to keep things flowing

Warehouse Support (team mode ON 💪)
Sometimes it’s all hands on deck.

- Jump in when order volume spikes
- Help make sure everything ships on time
- Occasionally lift and move boxes (up to 30kg - gym membership automatically included)

E-commerce Support (if thats your kink & you’re into it)
Want to grow beyond operations? Good.

- Help with product updates and webshop tasks
- Support improvements together with our e-commerce team
- Keep product and order data sharp and accurate

What We Are Looking For 👀

- You already live in the Netherlands and within commuting distance of our office (Cruquius)
- Fluent in English (Dutch = bonus points)
- Strong communicator, organized, not afraid to take ownership - you don’t wait to be told everything
- You like working in a team where roles overlap and everyone contributes
- You can handle physical work when needed (yes, boxes happen)

Culture fit matters:
- You are LGBTQIA+ friendly - this is non-negotiable
- No homophobia, no weird vibes or other hatred - ever!

And that’s where you come in!

We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer who doesn’t just “design,” but understands the culture behind what we do. Someone who can move between kink aesthetics and LGBTQIA+ expression without making it feel forced, watered down, or safe.

What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll be shaping how we show up visually – not just executing, but contributing

- Designing for campaigns and marketing: flyers, posters, ads, and whatever else we need to make noise
- Creating digital content for webshop, newsletters, banners, and social media that actually stops the scroll
- Building and evolving our brand identity – from logos to guidelines to templates to everything in between
- Translating ideas, moods, attitude and concepts into strong visuals that feel intentional, not random graphics
- Switching between raw/edgy and clean/structured when needed
- Jumping into quick tasks when timing is tight (because it will be sometimes)

The setup

- Freelance / ZZP
- Around 10 hours per week on average
- Fully flexible – you manage your own time, we care about output
- Remote-first
- Long-term collaboration, not a one-night stand

You’ll probably fit if you

- Have a strong visual style and know how to adapt it without losing identity
- Know how to create work that feels authentic, not performative
- Are independent, fast, and comfortable figuring things out yourself
- Don’t panic when things get a bit chaotic or last-minute
- It would be a big plus if you are already a MR. Riegillio customer and have knowledge about the brand’s identity
